Janki & Andrew’s Summer Garden Wedding.
A very special home wedding, in the woodland at the bottom of their stunning family garden, flanked by gorgeous floral arrangements and wearing garlands by Wildstems and expertly planned by Amy at Amaranthyne Wedding Planning.
This was such an incredible ceremony packed with love and laughter and elements meaningful to the couple and their community of friends and family. References to who is the better engineer and to their whale Frank!
Their ceremony formed part of their wider celebrations which included a Barrat arrival of the groom-think classic sports car and friends cheering him on! a private family blessing to begin with and ended with a beautiful barn wedding breakfast amongst greenery and twinkly lights.
“From when we first spoke to Jamie about our (wedding) ceremony, she was so enthusiastic and full of excitement for the ceremony – which of course made us excited for it too! She was quick to understand our dynamic as a couple and got to know us a bit in the months preceding our wedding.
We had a few calls and Jamie came up with a ceremony script, and it was almost perfect on the first attempt. We had a couple of things we wanted to change or rephrase and Jamie was very responsive and happy to do this, and suggested alternatives to help it flow better as well.
On the day Jamie was calm and relaxed before the ceremony which again helped us to relax- we had to push the ceremony back a little due to some late arrivals and that was also no problem for her. The ceremony itself was wonderful and we really enjoyed it! All of our guests agreed that it was really lovely and well personalised to us, and they all enjoyed it very much as well.
All in all working with Jamie and having her as our wedding celebrant was a great experience and we would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a special ceremony.” Andrew & Janki
